Log Kya kahege!!!!
Hey,
Do we really feel that what ever we do is always seen by others or observed by other.
NOOOOO
They will see & Observer but things doesn't even matter to them.
we always lost our self control & self discipline by just thinking that what others think..
Log kya kahenge: What will people say? The tormenting question often decides the course of our lives, or at least makes us live in fear all our lives, destroying countless dreams and desires along the way.
“I too want to travel alone, like you,” she said, “There is hardly a country that I haven’t been to, but I have always travelled with family.” What’s stopping you?” I asked her. “I am a married woman, you see. If I travel alone, what will people say?”
So, the fear of ‘what people will say’ had transformed an innocuous dream into a fantasy — never to be achieved in her lifetime unless she musters enough courage to ask the ‘people’ to get lost. But how many of us have the courage? Consciously, and even subconsciously, we always try to conform. The ‘people’ — society, neighbourhood, family — must not be offended in any way.
Do you worry a lot?
I must confess I do - although I try very hard not to and I think I'm getting a little better at putting worries aside far quicker than perhaps I did in the past. Certainly now that I've left my twenties behind I'm starting to realise that some things just really weren't getting so wound up about.
It's something I've been thinking about a lot recently as I continue to try to understand my place in the human race and just what is worth the anxiety and what isn't. I think we're all guilty of obsessing at time to time over things that we really shouldn't but there is often such a minefield of things to think about that it's hard to know where to direct our energy.
Today I've complied a little list of things I believe just aren't worth getting all het up about. I hope it helps if you're feeling a little under pressure by the general weight of life at the moment. Switch off that brain, let yourself be and remember that ...
LIFE'S TOO SHORT
As you get older you finally start to understand that there really isn't anything you can do about the haters! Sometimes someone just might not understand where you're coming from or what you're about but there's really very little that you can do to change that and spending your energy worrying about it and trying to change to please others just isn't worth it. Be yourself - be nice and be kind - but be you and just don't spend another thought feeling concerned about what someone may or may not think about you.
I once went to a conference where one of the speakers was talking about worry and pointed out how funny it was that every one of us in the room was probably busy worrying about what the other ones were thinking! Most of the time no-one's actually thinking anything negative about you as they're far too busy worrying about things themselves - that's the real irony of the whole worrying thing.
Master of your Own Mind!!!!!
Life is going to be hell one day but still we don't live even a single moment at our risk. We always think "Log kya kahege" . We should live by our own. We should be master of our own thoughts.
Lets focus on few things to become master of our own thoughts.
1. Make a decision, right now, to become a Warrior.
All positive change begins with a decision – a choice to rise up to a whole new way of being in the world. So, if you tend to be a Worryah, make a decision to take charge of the most powerful creative tool you own: your beautiful mind. Tell yourself: “I am the ‘Master of My Mind’ and I choose to think positive, life-affirming thoughts.” Or make up your own version of Warrior speak.
2. Let your body lead.
When you start to ruminate about something, catch yourself and immediately move your body in an outrageous way. I know, I know, this might sound a bit crazy, but stay with me. Do something wacky with your body. For example, if you have a tendency to worry when in bed (before going to sleep or upon waking), the minute you start thinking troublesome thoughts, you might: Go to the bathroom and make goofy faces in the mirror. Sit up and shake your head from side to side while holding a big smile on your face. Get up and start dancing a happy dance (if you share a bed with someone, please warn him or her ahead of time . The quickest way to shift your state of mind is to shift your body from the position it’s in once you start to worry. Try it and experience the magic for yourself.
3. See yourself as a Warrior.
Take a few moments to find an image of yourself as a Warrior. You might see yourself sitting stick straight on the back of a beautiful white horse, dressed like a king or queen, holding a golden sword, armed and ready to slice away at any worrisome thoughts. Or, you might imagine yourself as a big, majestic, bird that drops any negative thoughts into a cleansing lake where they’re transformed into positive ones that allow you to feel strong, courageous, and resourceful. Then, see yourself flying back from the lake with a renewed determination to be an even stronger Warrior. To find your own image, close your eyes, take several slow, deep breaths, and ask your subconscious mind to gently place an image in front of you. Go ahead. Do it now… When you find yourself worrying about something, focus on your image so you can return your mind to a more resourceful state.
4. Do something for someone else.
Sometimes the fastest way to shift from “Worry to Warrior” is to get out of your own head by giving support to someone else. I’ve had days when I’ve been strangled by worry and literally forgot what I was worrying about after spending time on the phone with someone who needed comfort, advice, or a listening ear. It always happens. Being a Warrior for someone else will instantly make you a Warrior for yourself. So how about it? Ready to make the shift? Let’s go to battle fellow Warriors! Think great thoughts: I am empowered by everything…My life is a gorgeous reflection of Divine Wisdom…I touch the soul of everyone I meet…I am fearless…I am filled with great ideas…I love deeply…I can do anything…I believe in the power of good…I am the Master of My Mind!

Make time for stillness
Go outside. Don’t tell anyone and don’t bring your phone. Start walking and keep walking until you no longer know the road like the palm of your hand, because we walk the same roads day in and day out, to the bus and back home and we cease to see. We walk in our sleep and teach our muscles to work without thinking and I dare you to walk where you have not yet walked and I dare you to notice. Don’t try to get anything out of it, because you won’t. Don’t try to make use of it, because you can’t. And that’s the point. Just walk, see, sit down if you like. And be. Just be, whatever you are with whatever you have, and realise that that is enough to be happy.
There’s a whole world out there, right outside your window. You’d be a fool to miss it.
Just give time to yourself for yourself. You will realize how beautiful world it is.How much you are missing by not being with you. When you are still you will find solution for your problems what ever are moving on your mind. When ever you feel that its a tough time & you are not able to come out of it than come out of it. You will find peace & solution for it.
You will never really hear all the beautiful things your spirit is trying to tell you until you stop and listen! The Universe can never solve your problems if you don’t shut up and listen!
It’s all about staying in motion. Feel yourself move, feel your body. Get out of your head and. Let your mind, body and spirit connect through exercise, yoga or even a long walk.
Sab Moh Maya Hai!!
Everyone uses the above most sarcastic line in their everyday lives, in every possible situation-whenever we are screwed, whenever we don't get anything we want, whenever we fail, fell dejected or any such crap. After hearing this line we really feel better and it's the real meaning of life.
It doesn't end here, we keep on modifying it as per our needs to make the situation a little more happier, at any place it doesn't matter. We do this to make this world a better place, "for greater Good" .The previous line was pure nonsense, so don't ever think that way. The most common instance I wanna share is while we study for our exams, and my friend enters the room and says "Kya padh raha hai beh, kya karega padh ke....yeh sab moh maya hai", and it just makes my mood, beware not to study but to take a break and have a coffee. I imagined myself on my death bed and my friends crying, I am going to say, "Ab kyun ro rahe ho kamino, yeh sab moh maya hai.....ab mein yeh moh maya se mukt ho chuka hun.....:)"
Now you must be smiling as thinking "sachme sab kuch moh maya hai....". Agreed, sab kuch moh maya hai, but ask yourself don't you want this moh-maya. We want to get away from this materialistic wealth for a while, but soon come back in this materialistic world and make a desirable place for ourselves. I am on a vacation right now, and have been enjoying so far with the beauty of nature. I was wondering why shouldn't I leave everything and live a simple life here in nature. The answer came with a bang, I want to become x, I wanna go to y, I wanna reach the top of the world, I wanna make love to z, I wanna travel the world, I wanna make my parents proud, I wanna party with my friends. That's all I have got to say, that I want this moh maya and love to live with it
